Michael Hind
Former Executive Director of Basketball BC. Michael has coached high school and youth basketball for the past 28 years. He was the Tournament Director of the BC AAA Girls Championships for ten years and since 2004 has been the Assistant Tournament Director for the BC AAA Boys championships. He is a founding member of the Vancouver Night Hoops Basketball Association and as a past Head Coach of the Fraser Valley College Women’s Program for two years won the Provincial championship once and placed second at the Nationals. Mike is currently coaching the senior boys’ team at Terry Fox high school.

Jason Winslade
General Manager of Administration and Community Services for the Township of Langley. Jason is the primary person responsible for the Township of Langley’s current construction of the Willoughby Athletic Complex which will house the gym facility that our Vancouver IBL team will play out of.

Scott Clark
For the past 12 years Scott has been the Head Coach for themen's basketball team at SFU and in 2004 guided them to a 1st place finish in the Canada West Pacific Division. Scott has also been involved with Canada Basketball over this time period, including being the Director of the Center of Performance for Basketball Canada.

Randy Nohr
Randy has one of the most impressive playing careers in BC basketball. From two time consecutive High School AA Champions and an MVP once; to twice national champions with Langara College and a CCAA player of the year and MVP; to winning two consecutive CIS titles with St. Francis Xavier and being named MVP; to playing on Canada’s National team for four years most recently in the 2005 FIBA Americas; and finally to playing professionally in Europe for three years winning the Danish Cup with SK Arhus and being named a 2nd team all-star. Randy is currently the Assistant Coach for the men’s basketball team at UBC.

John Buis
John is a plus 30 year veteran with the RCMP and has performed numerous direct and supervisory duties in British Columbia as well as overseas. Complimenting John's impressive RCMP duties is a basketball history that is even longer - from being a player, a coach and long time President of Basketball BC and the Tournament Director of BC High Schools Boys Basketball Association - the jewel of BC Boys Basketball Championships. John is also a current Central Board Member of FIBA Americas. John is active in numerous community services and has been recognized and honored by the RCMP, the United Nations, St. Johns Ambulance, Canada Basketball and Basketball BC.

Al Haynes
Al has been involved in basketball for over 30 years. He is currently a member of the Basketball BC Board and the BC Basketball Officials Association Board (8 years). Mr. Haynes has been involved as a coach, official and administrator at various basketball levels and is a member of the Newfoundland Basketball Hall of Fame and has received the Wink Willox Award for basketball officiating from Basketball BC.

Gloria Sousae
Gloria has had an extensive career in communications, with experience in virtually every discipline in the field of marketing and advertising. As founder and president of Max Advertising, Gloria has branded and marketed large-scale projects in Vancouver, Seattle, San Diego and San Francisco. For almost fifteen years, Gloria's company has consistently been rated among the top design firms in the city according to the Business in Vancouver publication. She is a member of the Vancouver Entrepreneur's Organization and as an original Vancouver Grizzlies ticket holder appreciates the professional game of basketball.
