The mighty Titans pulled out a no contest, win number 7 against the Oregon Waves Saturday 153 to 93. The first quarter had 48 points alone, and with the Coaching style of Scott Allen, they made every possession count. Lawrence Blackledge lead the way with 32 points follwed by Josh Washington with 27 and returnee from 2009 Casey Archibald with 25 points and 17 assists. Although the Waves were missing a few key players, no one can deny the Titans are red hot. With 7 wins in a row, going for number 8 Sunday versus the 6-14 Tacoma Tide, the BC Titans are now in 3rd place in the International Division jumping ahead of their rival Bellingham Slam. Sunday is Father's Day - celebrate it with the Titans! Buy your ticket and get Dad in for free! Tip off is at 3pm with a salute to emergency personel and halftime songstress Natasha Zimbaro from Maple Ridge entertaining the fans at the Langley Events Centre. |
